    Information About Goshenite:

    This stone is the colorless variety of the beryl gemstone family. It is named after Goshen, Massachusetts - the place where it was first discovered.

    Most goshenite is mined in Africa and several South American countries.

    Though considered a colorless or white dtone, it often displays blue and silver hues.


    COMMON COLORS: Colorless

    HARDNESS ON MOH'S SCALE: 7.5 to 8

    SHAPES FOR CUTTING: Suitable for cutting to all faceted shapes.
