    Information About Druzy Quartz:

    Drusy, or Druzy, is a variety of quartz with internal crystal inclusions that give a metallic flake appearance.


    COMMON GEM COLORS: Generally golden, brown ("champagne"), gray ("platinum"), or blue ("peacock").

    HARDNESS ON MOH'S SCALE: Varies, very brittle.

    SHAPES FOR CUTTING: Most suitable for polished cabochons, sometimes faceted to large-ish "crystal point" shape for pendants or dangling earrings.
